These vacuum brazed tools replace the electroplated parts in the Bushboard fitting kit and last around ten times as long. They have been tested mainly on CNC machines and drop straight in as a replacement for the Bushboard electroplated tools.

  • Straight router #40: 12.7mm shaft, 10mm cutting head
  • Straight router #70/80: 12.7mm shaft, 13mm cutting head
  • Drainer groove cutting tool #40 and finishing tool #70/80: 12.7mm shaft, available at 100mm long for drainer templates
  • Bevel cutting cone: 6.35mm shaft, for the fine edge bevel
  • 4-segment metal bonded diamond jigsaw blade, used wet with no yaw action

The full set comprises one of each tool. An aggressive #20/30 straight router is also available for CNC machinery, and tools 1 and 2 can be supplied with a 12mm shank for European collet sizes.
